HCG Daily Routine

Sample Daily Routine: 

AM

-Wake up

-Toilet

-Weigh in

-Brush Teeth

-10 HCG drops (about 1/8 tsp)*

Do not eat for 30 minutes after the drops.

-1 piece of fruit from list

 

LUNCH 12-1

-About 30-45 min before lunch take 10 HCG Drops (about 1/8 tsp)

Do not eat for 30 minutes after the drops.

-3.5 oz. vegetable from list

-3.5 oz. meat from list

-Melba Toast or Bread Stick or save for snacks

 

2 -3 PM

-Take B-12 

 

3-4 PM/or 8 PM as Late Snack 

-1 piece of fruit from list

-Saved Melba Toast or Bread Stick

 

-DINNER 6-7PM

-About 30 - 45 min before diner take 10 HCG Drops (about 1/8 tsp)*

Do not eat for 30 minutes after the drops.

-3.5 oz. vegetable from list

-3.5 oz. meat from list

-Melba Toast or Bread Stick or save for snacks

 

If No Weight Loss for 2 days… Apple Day!

On the 3rd day, eat only:

-3 apples + 3.5 oz. filet or 5 apples. This will get you back on the loosing train!

 

BEVERAGES & SWEETENERS

-Drink only water, tea, coffee or soda water all using distilled or spring water.

-Use only Stevia to sweeten. There is also a soda called Sobo,

however buy only the ones sweetened with Stevia.

 

NO EXERCISE

-Only walking, yoga or Pilates - nothing that raises your heart rate!

Raising the heart rate could put your body into fight flight thus you will 

NOT loose any weight & will probably have to have an Apple Day.


*Or you may take your 10 HCG Drops (about 1/8 tsp) 30 minutes after eating.
